OVERVIEW:
Working as Full-time Technical Program Analyst, on the Applications Development Team, you will share responsibility in successfully delivering small, medium and large technical initiatives. You will utilize technical and project management expertise to drive key program deliverables. You will communicate with IT leadership and development teams regularly regarding work in progress and the implementation of solutions. This position may offer a flexible schedule after a period of onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Partnering with development teams from design through delivery on technical initiatives
o Providing task management and facilitation of technical solutions
o Developing and managing project milestones and tasks
o Ensuring on-time delivery of technical initiatives
o Working with portfolio teams to facilitate the creation of functional specifications for the development team
o Working with developers to create technical specification
o Participating in development unit testing
o Collaborating with managers and leads to estimate work efforts, identify resources and establish timeframes
o Identifying and calculating return on investment regarding processes for efficiency and scale in the organization
o Helping identify and implement development team process improvements
o Providing oversight to external development resources as needed
o Using problem solving and facilitating skills to help resolve complex technical problems
o Working to consistently create quality code
REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
o Possess a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Statistics, Data Science, Actuarial Science or related field of study
o Possess at least 1 year of experience working directly with development teams
o Excellent written and oral communication skills
o Proficient computer skills
o Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency
o Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented
o Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities

o Work independently as well as in a team environment
o Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment

o Pass the required drug screen and background check (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY)
