OVERVIEW:
Working as Full-time Innova Integrated Supply Solutions Specialist, you must have a strong interest in sales, conducting bids, account and contract management while providing customer service throughout. This position may offer a flexible schedule after a period of onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
o Managing the assigned Book of Business
o Performing sales calls and conducting customer site assessments
o Presenting supply chain solutions to current and prospective customers
o Communicating, collaborating, and assisting with the implementation for supply chain solutions customers
o Collaborating with regional sales specialists, account sales specialists and implementation specialists
o Presenting formal business presentations and written proposals to internal and external leadership
o Conduct online and in-person supply chain solutions business proposals and demonstrations
o Analyzing performance in sales and implement efficiencies for growth
o Supporting customer business review calls and assisting with training for the application
REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:
o Possess a current full valid driver's license issued in the country where the job is located (including successful completion of any applicable graduated license program for your state or province) as well as the ability to meet our driving record requirements to use a company vehicle, as needed
o Possess or are working towards a degree in Business/Marketing OR have equivalent industry experience and knowledge of the local market
o Excellent written and oral communication skills
o Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency
o Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented
o Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills
o Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
o Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
o Work independently as well as in a team environment
o Willingness to travel
o Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork
o Lift, slide, carry and lower packages that typically weigh 25lbs-50lbs and may weigh up to 75lbs
o Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY)
PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
o Previous supply chain or procurement experience
o Prior work experience in manufacturing, distribution or industrial sales
o Prior work experience in creating and delivering presentations to executive level contacts
