The IT Software Analyst will be responsible for engineering software service delivery and project deliverables within the global infrastructure environment. This role will identify gaps, needs, and lead improvement efforts to improve engineering software procurement, management, and delivery. This role will be considered a subject matter expert (SME) in one or more key technologies under the engineering software domain. It is expected that this role will operate independently, solve complex problems, and fulfill requests with minimal supervision. 
Primary Responsibilities:

• Supports ongoing medium to high complexity procurement, maintenance, operational support, and assigned engineering software consolidation projects.
• Provides solutions for both operational and project efforts of medium to high complexity.
• Serves as a global administrator of Atlassian toolset, to include Jira, Confluence, BitBucket, etc.
• Assists with gathering requirements, creating recommendations, and implementing solutions to meet the project requirements.
• Facilitates prioritization for various technologies ensuring the right programs & enhancements are being completed and that the systems and processes for infrastructure is stable and reliable.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related.
• Minimum of 2-8 years in an analyst OR Engineering role in a mid to large company.
• Experience within manufacturing environment with multiple systems, platforms and locations.
• Experience with CAD/CAM/PLM/PDM and Atlassian administration is a must.
• Familiar with Engineering software Licensing to include online subscriptions license servers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where requirements are constantly changing.

Physical Demands:

• The role is mostly office-based but may spend some time standing and walking on the production floor.
• May be required to operate a computer and/or other office devices.
• Occasionally will have to lift and/or transport items weighing between 10 and 30 pounds.

Work Environment:

• Predominately office environment; may have exposure to the production floor.
• May be subjected to moving mechanical parts and may be required to wear PPE such as safety glasses.
• Some travel may be required.
