Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and team management. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Duties:
- Manage day-to-day store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Drive sales by developing and implementing effective sales strategies
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation
- Train, supervise, and motivate store staff to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service
- Conduct interviews and recruit qualified candidates for open positions
- Conduct employee orientation and provide ongoing training to ensure staff is knowledgeable about products and services
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Handle cash register operations accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Utilize retail math skills to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a retail management role is required
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable deals with suppliers
- Excellent interviewing and recruiting skills to build a high-performing team
- Ability to effectively manage and lead a diverse team of employees
- Knowledge of retail math principles for inventory management and sales analysis
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Proficient in using cash registers and POS systems
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries
