FAST Plus is Hiring a Sales Operation Manager Near Brockton, MA

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and managing key accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, business development, and leadership.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and accounts
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments

In Addition:

This individual will be in charge of managing Keap CMA activities, monitoring all communications with all team members and clients, and team calendar. This indivudual will be an expert in all products and services provided by FAST.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a technical sales or business development role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a sales team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Experience in account management and building relationships with key clients
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)

Pay: $48,334.20 - $58,208.93 per year
