Responsibilities

This is a fully remote role with a schedule of 9:30am-6pm CST Monday-Friday (40 hours/week). You must live in one of our 6 states (TN, KY, IN, AL, LA, or MS with preference for TN). The pay range for this position is $13-14.50/hour. 

What You Will Do:

• Promote the five principles of Fast Pace: Communication, Teamwork, Empowerment, Quality of Care, and Friendliness.
• Answers and Coordinates phone calls

• Triage
• Appropriately Recording Telephone encounters via EHR system
• Obtain Medical release as needed for patient requested forms
• Verify insurances
• Collect co-pays or fees for service
• Completing Prior Authorization and Override forms for medication approval if nurse is unavailable or assistance needed
• Complete knowledge of registering patients
• Update patient information
• Learn the aspects of compliance in the company by completing all mandatory compliance training.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Experience Requirements and Preferences:

• Healthcare experience in Medical or Behavioral Health
• At least 1 year of front desk experience
• Experience in behavioral health setting preferred
• Strong customer service experience
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to Multi-Task
• Problem Solving and critical thinking skills a plus
• Preferred expeirience is insurance eligibility and collections
