WHO YOU ARE:

The ideal person for our company will have sales experience of how and why to perform preventative maintenance on vehicles with the ability to identify cracked belts, leaking engine compartments and any other safety/mechanical issues a vehicle has that could be obvious to a trained eye/ear of the technician. We have technicians that can diagnose and fix the problem, we need you to spot it while working a "hood" or doing a vehicle inspection.

Must be driven. The compensation plan for this role is performance based. If you are not hungry and ready to work hard on the daily, then you will not be successful with us. We are only looking for the highest quality candidates and the expectations are high.

Lube Sales and Hood Tech

• Primary responsibility is customer service, documenting and recommending vehicle scheduled maintenance items and vehicle repair.
• Responsible for inspecting the customer's vehicle and creating estimates based on recommended repairs.
• Performance-based pay with commissions and bonuses, earn what you're worth!
• Basic Automotive knowledge and prior experience is a must.
• GET PAID FOR WHAT YOU SELL!!!!

State Inspector

• Responsible for correctly performing state inspections in a timely manner
• Must have strong verbal skills in order to communicate with the customer regarding their vehicle – including how to correctly sell items to pass a vehicle
• Competitive hourly based pay as well as commissions for services sold.
