Parts Sales Associate – Gilman, IL - Fast Ag Solutions, LLC

At Fast Ag Solutions, our Mission is to produce dependable, innovative ag equipment aimed to maximize grower productivity and profitability, backed by unmatched knowledge and support. As a Parts Associate, you will be an integral part of the process by supplying replacement and retail parts to farmers and Fast dealers. You will take and fill parts orders over the counter and by phone, ship orders, and assist with many other items that support our dealers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers and dealers both in person at our storefront location or over the phone to fulfill Parts orders
• Light assembly work – some examples would be agricultural liquid plumbing, trailers, and pump repair
• Receive inventory in to the proper location and process the receipt of inventory within Fast’s inventory system
• Properly package parts for outbound shipping and process the shipping transaction
• Maintain proper records within Fast’s inventory and invoicing system
• Load ag equipment and related products onto trailers/trucks using forklifts as needed
• Cycle count parts as needed
• May be trained to do troubleshooting of Fast equipment over the phone
• Lift at least 50 lbs.
• Assist with any other duties that the Company and/or the Gilman Parts Manager requires

Qualifications

• Strong customer service mindset and a positive attitude
• Ability to work calmly with a wide variety of customer attitudes/mindsets
• The ability to quickly learn and apply new information related to Fast’s parts and products
• Experience with general computer software, experience with an ERP system is a plus
• Dependability/Punctuality
• Accuracy/Consistency
• Ag background is helpful but not required if candidate is willing and able to learn

Pay: $16.50 - $19.50 per hour
