About the Opportunity
Join our dynamic HR Team in sunny San Diego! We are seeking a motivated HR Coordinator to contribute to our Recruiting, HR Operations, and Learning & Development efforts. This role primarily involves managing administrative tasks within the HR department. Candidates must be available to work onsite in our Carlsbad Flagship location at least 2 days per week. The ideal candidate will possess a keen attention to detail, an entrepreneurial spirit, critical thinking skills, and adaptability to a dynamic business environment. Responsibilities include:
  • Coordinate and communicate with candidates and internal stakeholders for scheduling interviews across the US (both temporary and full-time hires) while maintaining a positive experience throughout the entire interview process
  • Assist with onboarding processes, including drafting offer and benchmark letters, state-mandated documents, commission/bonus documents, employee intake forms, and new hire emails to ensure a smooth transition for new employees
  • Manage HR systems such as the company intranet, awards platform, Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
  • Support a variety of Employee tickets through our internal HR Service Desk
  • Provide administrative support for leadership meetings, including travel arrangements, catering, scheduling, etc.
  • Coordinate employee communications and events for HR initiatives
  • Undertake various other HR tasks as required
What We're Looking For
  • 0-2 years of experience in an administration type of role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and resourcefulness with limited resources
  • Willingness to support various initiatives and adapt across different HR functions as needed
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite

Pay Scale: FASHIONPHILE reasonably expects the range to be $25.00-$28.00/HR for this position in our Carlsbad, CA Location. Offered compensation will vary based on (a) location; (b) individual candidate qualifications; and (c) individual candidate experience.
