ROLE OVERVIEW

The Merchandising Assistant will serve as an integral partner to the Buying teams by assisting in all executional components of driving the business forward. The ideal candidate for this role should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, be comfortable working in an extremely fast-paced environment, and have a solid understanding of the fashion industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create purchase orders for the Buying division
• Ensure accuracy and data integrity, while maintaining daily KPI targets
• Accurate understanding of attributes and impact to total business
• Provide email support to Assistant Buyers on a weekly basis regarding on-order recaps 
• Assist the Buying division with sample management and organization 
• Establish and maintain effective communication with Buying and Sample divisions
• Track and communicate progress with the Buying division on a daily basis

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• More than one year of experience in Buying or Merchandising
• Experience analyzing data and providing actionable insights 
• Working knowledge of G-Suite and Microsoft software
• Ability to prioritize and deliver results promptly and accurately
• AA|AS degree or equivalent working experience
• English, additional language(s) an advantage
• Schedule of this position: Monday – Friday | Core business hours | Onsite
