Farzi Cafe is defined as an Indian take on global food

A Host/Hostess presents a positive first impression of the establishment's friendliness, excellent service and high standards. The Host/Hostess also greet Guests upon arrival, inform Guests of their wait time, monitor a waiting list, enter Guest names into the computer system, show Guests to their table and bid Guests farewell as they leave.

A Host/Hostess must be able to carry natural conversation with Guests without sounding scripted or intrusive. Additionally, the Host cares for our Guests by refilling beverages and performs light housekeeping duties such as cleaning glasses and menus and ensures restrooms are clean, stocked and orderly. As a member of an energetic team, the Host/Hostess may also need to answer the phones and fill to-go orders when needed. Availability must include nights and weekends.

A Busser will clear tables of dish-ware and napkins after meals, and return them to the kitchen, refill water, keep floors and chairs near dining tables clean by sweeping and mopping, maintain appropriate stock levels of glassware, silverware, and dish-ware, clean, sanitize, and reset tables after meals, refill salt, pepper, and other condiments at tables, assist servers with food delivery and keep designated service stations clean and well stocked

A modern Indian Bistro, Farzi Caf started in 2014 intending to bring Indian cuisine back in vogue. Farzi Cafe is defined as an Indian take on global food. It offers the contemporary diner an amalgamation of traditional global cuisine, with an Indian touch, modern presentation, culinary styles and ambience. Infusing a generous dose of Indian flavours and influences, it presents global cuisine, where culinary meets the alchemy of modern cooking techniques like molecular gastronomy and ambience.
