Farrow is a diversified, family-owned business that facilitates international trade by executing comprehensive customs brokerage and integrated logistics solutions. We provide our clients peace of mind with our customs brokerage, shipping, and freight-forwarding capabilities for Canada and the United States. Position Summary This full-time position is primarily responsible for arranging and completing International and Domestic Transportation documents. Key ResponsibilitiesCreate files with shipment/booking notifications and ensure they are updated accordingly.Prepare transportation sheets. Documentation auditing.Import, export and domestic freight tasks.Confirm Original Bill of Lading (OBL) and arrange payments as needed. Issue checks as required, for freight, terminal, accessorial charges, etc.Obtain information needed for dispatch and confirm pickup and delivery.Ensure debit notes are processed properly and send them to all international and domestic vendors.
