Farrell Equipment & Supply Co., Inc. is Hiring a Counter Sales Representative Near Sartell, MN

Farrell Equipment is seeking an Inside/Counter Sales Representative to join our team at our new Sartell, MN location.

Farrell Equipment and Supply is family-owned and operated since 1968. Based out of Eau Claire, WI, we have 10 locations located throughout Wisconsin and Minnesota. We sell the best the construction industry has to offer when it comes to construction supplies and small equipment. Popular names like Husqvarna, Proline, Rockwell, TK Products, Makita, and Milwaukee are just some of the quality products we sell. Check out our website for more product information!

The Inside Sales Associate is responsible for providing top-notch customer service to all customers they come in contact with. The Inside Sales Associate will work with customers to complete the sale and rental of various construction equipment and supplies. The Inside Sales Associate will primarily sell construction supplies to customers who come into the store and assist customers with pricing and product information over the phone.

Essential Job Duties:

  • Provide quotes as requested by customers
  • Provide customers with pricing and product information
  • Handle customer orders in a prompt manner
  • Assist the outside sales team as needed
  • Organize merchandise and clean showroom on a regular basis
  • Assist with delivering products as needed to customers’ job sites and/or shops
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
  • Self-motivated
  • Excellent customer service skills
