- Licensure: Colorado Professional Land Surveyor (PLS), required. Additional state licenses desired.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Professional Land Surveyor
- Proficiency with GPS, Robotic Total Station and Data Collectors
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or MicroStation
- Ability to use Trimble Business Office to process files and work establishing or converting coordinate control
- Ability to organize and review field notes
- Ability to read Construction Plans and Right-of-Way Plans
- Experience performing Boundary Research
- Ability to coordinate and direct field crews
- Strong math skills
- Valid driver’s license
- CDOT experience, a plus
