Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receiving and handling orders from hub or warehouse;
- Ensuring accuracy of products received and reporting any discrepancy;
- Process customer shipments in line with company standards of excellence;
- Perform all shipping/receiving tasks in an efficient, cost-effective, and timely manner;
- Quality control on all products;
- Control product stock level;
- Assist in the preparation and execution of the store’s physical inventory;
- Resolve inventory discrepancies, adjustments for all cycle counts and differential reports;
- Keep accurate records for all stock movement;
- Help solve problems that affect the store's service, efficiency, and productivity;
- Always maintain a clean and organized stock room;
