Overview:
We are seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team!
Duties:
- Manage accounts and maintain strong relationships with existing Medicare clients
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Renewal policy processing, handling and communication for property & casualty clients - Answer incoming phone calls, fill in at front desk, filing, etc as needed
Qualifications:
- Prior customer service experience preferred (but not required)
- Excellent face to face, phone and written communication skills to interact with clients and team members
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office products - Punctuality and organization is a must
*Position will be Tuesdays and Thursdays with possibility of additional days as needed.
