Responsibilities:

- Conduct outside sales activities to attract new clients and expand the customer base
- Negotiate insurance terms and premiums with clients
- Utilize retail sales techniques to promote insurance products effectively
- Communicate insurance options clearly to clients and assist them in making informed decisions
- Market insurance products to potential customers through various channels
- Provide exceptional customer service before and after the sale

Requirements:

- Proven experience in insurance sales or a similar sales role
- Strong sales skills with the ability to meet targets and goals
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients
- Bilingual proficiency, especially in Spanish, is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Multilingual capabilities are advantageous for reaching diverse customer groups

Pay: $46,140.70 - $55,567.30 per year
