Our Customer Service Associate must have a positive attitude and be friendly especially over the phone. You will be the first point of contact for customers calling into the agency and walking through the doors. The primary responsibility of the Customer Service Associate will be to generate new business and retain existing clients for our agency. This will involve developing and maintaining relationships with clients and identifying their insurance needs. Duties include:

• Identify New Business Opportunities
• Answer Customer Questions (Billing, Policy, etc.) and Develop Relationships with Clients
• Maintain Accurate Records of Client Interactions and Policies.
• Bind coverage
• Handle Agency Alerts
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.

Qualifications we are looking for include:

• Customer-oriented; prior experience in sales, marketing, and customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced office environment
• Must be a fast learner and willing to undergo training
• Team player and an individual performer who takes initiative, sets priorities, and performs at a professional level
• Friendly, hard working, and computer savvy
• Prior insurance experience a plus, but not required
• Preferably bilingual: English/Tagalog or English/Spanish

The only requirement is you must currently have or be able to obtain your insurance licenses within 120 days and we will pay for your training and licensing. The two licenses required are:

• Property and Casualty
• Life, Accident & Health

We offer a competitive compensation package including a base salary plus commission, bonuses, and health benefits.
