Our Customer Service Associate must have a positive attitude and be friendly especially over the phone. You will be the first point of contact for customers calling into the agency and walking through the doors. The primary responsibility of the Customer Service Associate will be to generate new business and retain existing clients for our agency. This will involve developing and maintaining relationships with clients and identifying their insurance needs. Duties include:
