Our hybrid work environment combines the best of both worlds with at least three (3) days in office and up to two (2) days virtual for employees who live within fifty (50) miles of a Farmers corporate office. In this role you will:
You will write external and internal communication to our customers, with a high level of attention to details.
Provide superior customer service and strong critical thinking skills.
Be an active team player who can add value to the High-Performance Culture.
Demonstrate a high level of empathy while delivering difficult news.
Work with vendors to locate suitable housing for customers and pays for customers incurred cost.
Able to handle large volume of claims for customers that have suffered grievous property losses.
