Minimum Requirements for consideration:

• Property, Casualty, Life, & Health Insurance licenses are preferred
• If not licensed, willing to get licensed
• Sales, marketing and/or management experience helpful
• Satisfactory results of background check (credit/criminal)
• Valid drivers license with viable transportation

Associate Insurance Sales Agent Program

Try the program, determine if it's a good fit, and a career path you are happy with. Designed for individuals with aspirations for an entrepreneurial opportunity with access to a 24-month development program.

• Hourly or monthly compensation is commensurate with licensing, experience, hours worked, plus commissions based upon sales results.
• Suited for motivated & self-starters with effective time management skills to successfully achieve goals in the program.
• Opportunity to grow skills and business knowledge to become an agency owner with Farmers while working for an existing agency owner (mentor)
• Transition to Startup or Acquisition program within two-years of successful completion of the Associate experience
• It may be possible to continue working as a Producer or Customer Service Representative

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
