Minimum Requirements for Consideration:

• Minimum 2 years of sales, insurance, and or management experience
• Satisfactory results of background check
• Must be willing to obtain or currently hold a Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance license. License assistance is available.

• Ability to build excellent relationships and effective rapport with clients
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful, and coachable
• Possess an
• outgoing, positive, and enthusiastic attitude
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
