We are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial-minded individual to become a Farmers Insurance Agency Owner in Austin Metro area. As an Agency Owner, you will have the opportunity to own and operate your own business, while being supported by one of the most recognized and respected brands in the insurance industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a business plan to grow your agency and meet sales goals
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and prospects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and community members
- Market and promote Farmers Insurance products and services to potential clients
- Recruit and train staff as needed to support agency growth
-Manage agency operations, including financial management, marketing and sales, and customer service
- Collaborate with other Farmers Insurance agents and leaders to share best practices and drive overall success in your agency
Requirements:
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for sales and customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and community members
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals
- Previous experience in insurance sales or related field preferred, but not required
- Ability to manage a team and delegate responsibilities effectively
- Must be licensed to sell insurance in the state of Texas or willing to obtain licenses
