As a Farmers Insurance Sales Professional, you will be part of a team that is helping to grow the revenue of the agency by offering products that people need for their security and peace of mind.
You will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the top agents in Castle Rock, CO and the rest of the Denver Metro Area! You will be taught and mentored during your time as a Protg Agent. You will be trained in sales, marketing, insurance knowledge, customer service, staffing, among others, to fully understand the day-to-day operations of operating an insurance agency.
Salary Range: $60000.00 - $90000.00 per year

Job Description:
- Solicit new prospects
- Sell our products and services
- Assist existing clients as necessary
- Network within your community - attending networking events, sales conferences, and trade shows to market your business and target your preferred audience
- Provide excellent customer service to policyholders
- Educate customers on their options
The ideal candidate has must have:
- An associate degree or bachelors degree is preferred but not required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills are required
