Job Description

Learn the ropes of an insurance agency from the inside out all while earning a paycheck of up to $60,000.00 to $90,000.00 annually!

As a Farmers Insurance Sales Professional, you will be part of a team that is helping to grow the revenue of the agency by offering products that people need for their security and peace of mind.

You will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the top agents in Castle Rock, CO and the rest of the Denver Metro Area! You will be taught and mentored during your time as a Protg Agent. You will be trained in sales, marketing, insurance knowledge, customer service, staffing, among others, to fully understand the day-to-day operations of operating an insurance agency.

Salary Range: $60000.00 - $90000.00 per year

Responsibilities


Job Description:

  • Solicit new prospects

  • Assist existing clients as necessary

  • An associate degree or bachelors degree is preferred but not required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills are required
