*Job Description:

• Our District Office in Santa Clara is looking for a Life Insurance Specialist to lead, train, support, and develop sales strategies for our 35 Agents. This is not a sales position. You will be training and supporting our Agents within our District.

*Base salary of $80,000.

*Plus, a lucrative bonus and commission package in addition to the base salary.

*Responsibilities:

• The role will focus on partnering with our Agency Owners; developing their Life Insurance expertise in the areas of product knowledge, sales, and marketing.

*Requirements:

• Life Insurance License
• Significant experience with Life Insurance sales, training, support, and leadership.
