Producer:

*Submitting new business

*Problem resolution

*Producer position would include sales

Customer Service:

*Main contact for customer service

*Answering the phone

*Policy changes

*Taking payments

Requirements

*Ability to pass background check

*Ability to obtain their Life & Health and/or Property & Casualty license
