How this role will be impactful
We are looking to fill two Supervisor-at-Large positions on our Plant Operations team. The individuals in these roles will provide auxiliary support across departments and shifts in our plants. Our operations are dynamic, and it’s important to our leadership that we ensure our front-line supervisory team is staffed to take care of our team members and our production needs.
Please note: The person in the role is expected to have the flexibility to work on either first or second shift based on the needs of the business. They would work a minimum of one week on a shift before being asked to switch.
In this role, you would be responsible for ensuring a safe, well-organized, efficient operation with minimum downtime; strictly adhering to company standards and procedures to deliver a product that meets customer specifications and quality standards. Work Environment: Required to access the poultry production environment. Must be able to tolerate the varying heat, wet, and chill of the plant. Hearing and eye protective equipment required in the production area. Required to wear hair and beard nets in the production area.
