Security Brand Ambassador

Position Summary

FarmaceuticalRX (FRX) is seeking highly qualified individuals who have strong security skills for challenges as a security team member. Security Team members support the Director of Security and Safety in providing necessary assistance and support to maintain an optimally safe and secure environment for patients, staff, and visitors. The responsibilities for this position include patrolling the premises, monitoring property access, investigating suspicious behavior, and enforcing company policies to protect against unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, and other threats.

Security Team members are ambassadors of the FRX brand and are responsible for creating positive customer interactions. As a Security Team member at FRX, you will work in a performance-oriented environment and take ownership of vital work that protects FarmaceuticalRX products, commitment, brand, and name. You will be responsible to answer patient inquiries and provide information regarding the company’s products and policies, establishing relationships with prospective customers, and maintaining the positive image of the company. Job Duties/Essential Functions

· Maintains FRX stability and reputation by enforcing and complying with company policies, operating standards, and legal compliance requirements. Actively supports and upholds the Company’s stated vision, mission, and values.

· Monitor and maintain security systems, including CCTV, access control systems, and alarm systems.

· Inspecting and patrolling premises regularly.

· Investigate security breaches and other suspicious activities.

· Prepare incident reports and other documentation.

· Respond to emergency situations and provide appropriate assistance.

· Monitor the security of personnel, property, and assets.

· Conduct safety drills and train personnel on safety protocols.

· Communicating with law enforcement, fire departments, and emergency medical personnel.

· Always maintain appropriate security coverage for dispensary.

· Other duties as may be assigned by the Director of Security and Safety or another department manager.

· Help increase customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

· Ability to make good judgment on staff safety and provide appropriate advice / direction.

· Must possess a high standard of vigilance and integrity.

· Demonstrated ability to work effectively under stressful conditions.

· Have an energetic, upbeat, friendly, welcoming, polite, and organized professional demeanor.

· Exercises judgment in selecting methods and techniques to resolve security problems.

· Understand, practice, and provide Customer Service for employees and patients.

Experience, Skills, Education & Licenses/Certifications Required:

· Minimum of a high school education or equivalent College degree, preferred.

· Ohio Guard Card not required Experience in security, law enforcement or customer service, preferred.

· Must have reliable transportation.

· A high level of professionalism focusing on internal and external guest service. Excellent communication both verbally and nonverbally.

· Ability to manage high stress faced paced situations and to be flexible and adaptable when a situation requires it.

· Conduct oneself professionally and with good common sense.

A successful candidate will need to be 21 years of age and in compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire. Must complete a State/Federal criminal background check, drug screening, and fingerprinting. In addition, candidate must successfully complete all credentialing licensing requirements for State of Ohio, Board of Pharmacy.

If hired, you will be required to provide proof of authorization to work in the United States.

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions:

· Ability to constantly stand for periods in stationary position, or frequently move about, as needed outside and in inclement weather.

· Ability to lift, load or unload, move, position, and transport items up to 50 pounds.

· Willingness to work flexible days/times extended hours when required to, and to be flexible with schedule and availability, when necessary, sometimes with little notice.

Experience, skills, education & licenses/certifications

Required:

Ohio State Board of Pharmacy E-license Registration and Certification, including

- BCI/FBI Background check clearance

- Ohio State Dispensary Attestation completion

Online METRC Training Certificate

Successfully passing a Drug Screening

Completed Foundational Training

High School Diploma or GED required.

Must be current on annual safety training within 30 days of hire.

Management will review the Job Analysis for this position prior to a job offer.
