Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and addressing any customer inquiries or concerns.

Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus and answer any questions regarding menu items
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure accuracy of orders before serving to guests
- Assist with food preparation as needed
- Process payments using cash register or Toast POS system
- Handle cash transactions and provide accurate change to customers
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow

Skills:
- Excellent guest services skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Strong sales skills to effectively upsell menu items and promote specials
- Basic math skills for accurately processing payments and providing change
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and menu items
- Familiarity with Toast POS systems for order processing and payment handling
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Attention to detail in order accuracy and presentation of food and beverages

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.59 - $22.38 per hour
