JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Title: Aviation Facilities Cleaner

Position Reports to: Line Manager

Location: Fargo Jet Center - Fargo ND

Shift: Afternoon shift but can be flexible

Primary Operational Objectives:

The Aviation Faculties Cleaner is responsible for maintaining the professional image of Fargo Jet Center, Inc. with respect to the physical appearance of all areas within and surrounding the facility.

Essential Job Functions:

• Hangar floor scrubbing
• Snow removal and lawn mowing as needed
• Clean all restrooms daily and as needed.
• Clean and maintain all common ways daily to include floors, entry ways, walls, and garbage receptacle areas.
• Maintain and clean all light fixtures, blinds, furniture, and equipment as needed.
• Clean, straighten, organize, and sustain all areas throughout facility as needed.
• Responsible for ordering and maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies.
• Assist in providing hospitality to customers as needed.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of cleaning experience required, preferably in a corporate/office setting.
• Self-motivated with positive attitude and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Dependable with ability to maintain consistent working schedule.
• Organized with ability to multi-task.
• Trustworthy with ability to perform all parts of the job requirements unsupervised.

Physical Demands:

Ability to handle and work around various cleaning products, frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling required. Use of step ladder and other equipment to include broom, mop, and vacuum. Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
