The Service Advisor/Foreman will oversee our evening team of diesel technicians and ensure that all repairs are performed correctly and efficiently while maintaining a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities would include but are not limited to:

· Coordinate with the Service Manager on the completion of repairs

· Prepare, maintain, and close repair orders as necessary

· Assist in the scheduling and coordination of repairs while working closely with the customer

· Work with the Service Manager in monitoring efficiency on each technician

· Identify technician needs to help improve their skill level and work performance

· Help answering overflow of incoming service calls

This is a full-time, 40-hour position with a full benefit package.

Hours are Monday – Friday, 3:00pm to 11:30pm.

Requirements: Prior diesel mechanic experience is required along with previous experience in a lead or foreman role. Qualified applicants must have excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work as needed. Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
