Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Store Clerk to join our retail team. The Store Clerk will be responsible for assisting customers, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Duties:

- Greet customers and provide excellent service
- Process sales transactions accurately using cash registers
- Maintain a neat and tidy store appearance
- Assist customers in finding products and provide product information
- Upsell products to increase sales revenue
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves

Qualifications:

- Strong organizational skills to maintain store cleanliness and order
- Ability to handle cash transactions with precision
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers effectively
- Proficiency in English; bilingual skills are a plus
- Experience in appliance sales, wireless sales, or related fields is advantageous
- Willingness to learn and sell various products effectively

Expected hours: 5 – 20 per week
