As we continue to expand our event portfolio, we are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join our team in NYC.

We’re looking for a creative thinker who possesses a blend of organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate is someone who is willing to roll up their sleeves, get their hands dirty, and make a lasting impact on the success of our events. The candidate will play a pivotal role in executing strategic marketing initiatives and delivering results across projects from ticket on-sale campaigns to onsite fan experience and beyond. The role will require travel to various partners and events nationwide. While offering hybrid work options, this role requires a minimum of one day per week at our New York office.

What You'll Do: 
  • Work with the Marketing Manager and Marketing Director to execute and manage digital and print projects for each event, including building digital ads, out-of-home “OOH” advertising, on-site signage, and out website design to fit with the overall aesthetic for each specific event.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including designing layouts, writing compelling copy, segmenting target audiences, and tracking/analyzing performance metrics.
  • Work with marketing team to design graphics for email, display and social campaigns.
  • Develop impactful visuals for OOH marketing campaigns to ensure maximum visibility and recall in local and surrounding markets.
  • Regularly update and maintain website content and optimize the website for SEO. Work with the web development team to implement website improvements and enhancements.
  • Work with Marketing Manager to oversee mobile app development and regularly update and maintain content within the mobile app.
  • Approach all projects with a keen focus on detail and quality and maintain seamless communication with the team to meet or exceed set deadlines.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices and identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
What We're Looking For: 
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in marketing, communications, graphic design or a related field in the sports/collecting industry with demonstrable experience of marketing consumer products or event marketing.
  • Fluency in: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver and/or Canva. Video experience (AfterEffects, Premier) is a plus.
  • Familiarity in email marketing software/tools, project management, and data-driven decision making utilizing marketing analytics and CRM systems.
  • Excellent copywriting, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively, adapt to changing circumstances, innovate, and problem solve.
  • Candidate must be flexible enough to work in a fast-paced environment with quick-turn announcements, partner edits, etc.
  • A genuine passion for sports and the ability to translate that passion into digital and print marketing materials for our events.

The hourly range for this position is $30 - $39 per hour which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation.
