HIRING BONUS FOR ALL POSITIONS!!! Amazing opportunity to join our team! We’re looking for outgoing, creative, hardworking, fun and friendly Bartenders and Bar Backs to ensure the BEST bar experience for each and everyone of our guests.

All of our Bartenders provide a full-service dining experience that includes food menu order knowledge and cocktail preparation.

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for exceeding the customer expectations by providing them with friendly, prompt and attentive service that is tailored to the customer’s preference. A bartender will efficiently craft every drink to perfection while serve customers responsibly. A Bartender will be required to have an extensive knowledge of our food and drink menu and be able to recommend and reinforce the customers’ orders. A Bartender will also be a resource for Servers in the restaurant to answer questions about our Signature Drinks.

What You’ll Be Doing :

Providing the BEST full-service experience to our guests every single time. Building rapport with regular customers to create a positive atmosphere. Working in a fast-paced, high volume environment.

Completing opening or closing responsibilities along with maintaining a clean and presentable bar area throughout your shift.

Understanding and abiding by the required state’s alcohol-server, Food Handling, and policies concerning alcohol consumption and safety procedures.

Opening and maintaining tabs throughout your shift using our point of sale system.

Requirements:

Previous experience working as a restaurant bartender.

A current required state alcohol-server license (TABC, TIPS, ABLE, etc.)

Open to varied work schedules and hours depending on business needs.

Must be able to use to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds

Must be able to stand for several hours and walk for long periods of time

• Relevant training certificate

Job Duties:

• Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, preparing them efficiently, and building a rapport with clientele
• Handle card and cash transactions, ensuring that all funds in the cash drawer are accounted for by the end of the shift
• Keep an eye on patron intoxication levels and respond appropriately
• Identify belligerent customers, and work with management when needed to maintain a safe environment
• Clean the bar and the surrounding area of spills and other messes as needed
• Other duties as requested
