Compensation and Hours

• Starting salary is $58,500 - $78,346 annually
• Eligible for Monthly Performance Bonus

• Meeting Sales Goals. Be passionate about driving sales and takes pride in reaching goals as a team.
• Develop Team Members. Invest in training, developing, and inspiring a famously successful team to uphold Famous Footwears brand image and operational standards.
• Inventory Management. Ensure completion of all inventory management related activities and leverages inventory reports to maximize productivity and merchandise presentation on the sales floor.
• Customer Service. Greet customers warmly creating a welcoming environment and building a rapport with to customers understand their preferences. Provide personalized assistance throughout the customers shopping experience and address product-related issues promptly and professionally.
• Store Presentation. Ensure that the store aisles and product displays are clean, organized, and visually appealing to enhance the overall customer experience.
