To achieve this unwavering support, Familylinks provides a wide range of family-centric services encompassing Behavioral Health, Youth & Family Services, Service Coordination, and Senior Services with an Administrative department to coordinate all services.

The role of the Driver / Aide provides transportation services for the Verona Shelter participants to school, appointments, home visits, etc.

Hourly Rate : $15.00

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Implement and maintain the program's philosophy, principles and procedures in all facets of performance.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation.
• Communicate, collaborate, and meet with staff, families, external agencies and / or others as necessary to support services to clients and the agency's mission.
• Transport clients to / from school, meetings, home visits, community activities, etc.
• Maintain cleanliness, maintenance schedule, operation, recording of mileage, and charges.
• Transport supplies and materials as needed.
• Assist with the supervision of client activities as needed.
• Participate in all assigned meetings, supervision and trainings.

Requirements

• High school diploma or a GED along with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent driving skills
• Experience operating a motor vehicle as part of routine job duties preferred.
• Must possess valid Driver's License.
• Schedule may require working evenings and weekends as needed.
• Flexible schedule, strong attention to detail, and good communication skills.
• Proficient with computer programs.
• Support the organization's mission along with sensitivity of cultural and workplace harmony.

Working Conditions :

This position is based in Verona and provides transportation responsibilities within Allegheny and surrounding counties.
