Description

Job Description for Parent Educator:

We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Parent Educator to join our expanding team. As a Parent Educator, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to parents to help them develop the skills needed to raise confident and successful children. 

Responsibilities:

- Conduct one-on-one or group sessions with parents to provide parenting education and support

- Develop and implement parenting curriculums for various age groups

- Create and maintain a safe and welcoming environment for parents to learn and grow

- Assess the needs of each parent and provide individualized support and guidance

- Collaborate with community organizations to provide additional resources to parents

Requirements:

- Experience working with parents and children

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Knowledge of child development and parenting techniques

- Familiarity with community resources and organizations
