Family Worship Center Preschool and Daycare is Hiring a Daycare Teacher Near Lansdale, PA

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Daycare Teacher to join our team. As a Daycare Teacher, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow. You will be responsible for creating and implementing age-appropriate curriculum, ensuring the well-being of the children, and fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development.

Duties:
- Develop and implement engaging and developmentally appropriate lesson plans
- Create a safe and inclusive learning environment for children
- Provide individualized attention and support to each child
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff
- Promote social skills, self-esteem, and positive behavior in children
- Plan and organize activities that stimulate physical, intellectual, and emotional growth
- Monitor children's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and observations

Experience:
- Previous experience working with children in a daycare or educational setting
- Knowledge of curriculum development and implementation
- Familiarity with special education practices is a plus
- Understanding of child welfare guidelines and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to educate and engage young learners
- Strong literacy education skills
- Experience working with toddlers is preferred

Note: All positions must be paid including internship positions.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.50 - $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
