General Duties and Responsibilities: The primary function is to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the shelter facility and to provide assistance to the Family Violence Program Director and Resident Advocates as needed. Attend and assist with staff meetings, in-service training, and other training as assigned. Provide supervision for the safety and security of the shelter. Provide supervision of client activities. Maintain accurate records on all clients. Supervise and evaluate the performance of the Shelter staff.
Qualifications and Experience: RESIDENTIAL & MANAGERIAL EXPERIENCE!
High School or GED; Good interpersonal skills. Experience working in a shelter. CPR and First Aid certified. Ability to handle crisis situations and multiple priorities.
