Salary Range: $77,750.00 - $96,672.00 Salary/year
Travel Percentage: Up to 25%
Job Shift: Day

Position Summary: To be an active part of the Healing Department leadership team, responding to the mental health and trauma needs of the communities we serve. This position will oversee and grow the agency’s school-based mental health partnerships and initiatives. Ability to work independently and as part of professional team within the Healing Department. Responsible for hiring, management, supervision, training and professional development of assigned staff; working collaboratively with HR. Responsible for managing partnerships with various school departments and ensuring successful implementation of FSRI’s school-based initiatives. Responsible for financial management and administrative functions within the Department. Participates in the Agency’s on-call emergency services rotation as scheduled.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in the Human Services field with Rhode Island independent licensure (LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT) required.
  • Knowledge of trauma-informed practices and interventions.
  • Knowledge of school culture and climate.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior program management and clinical supervisory experience required.
  • Ability to work in an Electronic Medical Record and Windows operating systems.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and auto insurance also required. Bilingual skills preferred.
  • Bilingual skills are compensated by an additional 6%, above base pay!
