SUMMARY
Family Service League is seeking a full-time Master's Level Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor for the DASH (Diagnostic, Assessment, and Stabilization Hub) Crisis Center. The DASH Crisis Center is a 24 hour per day, 7 day per week outpatient crisis stabilization program that includes a 24-hour crisis hotline and mobile response team. The Crisis Center Supervisor will assist the Clinical Director by providing clinical support, overseeing staff, and handling operational responsibilities for the program.

QUALIFICATIONS
Master's Degree in a related field required.
Licensed clinical degree, such as Ph.D., Psy.D., LCSW, LMSW or equivalent required.
2 years of experience working with individuals with mental health, substance use or co-occurring disorders required.
Experience in clinic-based programs (OMH and OASAS) preferred.
1 year of experience in the management and oversight of clinic-based programs preferred.
Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and verbal and written communication skills required.
Ability problem solve, multitask, make clear decisions and work as part of a team.
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Electronic Health Records required.
Evening, weekend hours, and rotating weekend on call coverage required.
