Family Service & Children’s Aid is Hiring a Quality Specialist:

As the Quality Specialist at Family Service & Children’s Aid, you will provide quality improvement activities for the entire agency yet have strong involvement in the behavioral health and prevention programs. This position will work closely with our Chief Clinical Officer, who leads PQI currently. The Quality Specialist will help monitor performance of contractual requirements for programs and assist with contractual audits. They will assist with agency strategic planning and development of grant applications. This position will facilitate monthly utilization reviews of clinical documentation and quarterly reviews of program’s dashboard indicators. They are a valued member of the Agency’s PQI team, assisting the CCO in leading this committee. There are opportunities for career growth in this position.

Qualifications for position are as follows:

● Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or related degree, with 1 or more years’ experience with CMH or PIHP contracts, preferred.

· Degree in related field with 3 years’ experience in contract compliance and/or quality improvement, required.

● Experience with CMH and/or PIHP contracts and/or quality improvement work.

● Proficiency with Microsoft products and EMR systems.

● Program evaluation experience preferred.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
