Our Pendleton branch located in Pendleton is looking for caregivers who live and are willing to work in Milton-Freewater, Hermiston and other locations. We will find a client close to the location in which you'd like to work! We also have a satellite office in Hermiston and many clients needing care in the Hermiston area.

We offer a satellite office in Hermiston and are able to offer orientations and trainings in Hermiston!

Current needs:

• Monday through Friday - Example Shifts: 8:30a-4:30p, 8a-1p, 10a-12p, 1p-4pm
• Caregivers willing to work weekends - Example shifts: 8a-12p, 12p-4p
• Caregivers willing to work Evenings - Example: 4p- 7p, 2p - 9p
• Caregivers willing and able to work in Milton-FreeWater and Hermiston.
• Caregivers who are able to transport clients in their vehicle.

Caregiver Job Duties

Our caregivers support their clients in activities of daily living such as (but not limited to):

• Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.)
• Cooking and/or serving meals
• Helping clients bathe, dress, and groom
• Providing companionship through daily activities and hobbies
• Driving clients (as needed) to the store or appointments
• Monitoring and reporting on their condition

Additional Information

• Our hiring process is fast and simple! Apply and the recruiter in your region will connect with you to schedule a phone interview. If hired, you will be scheduled for orientation at your branch. Once you have completed onboarding, orientation, and training, you can start working with clients!
• If you have not previously completed the state-required 8-hour Home Care Pulse caregiver training, you will be required to complete the training along with the nurse-led medication training before you can work with clients. You will be paid to complete both trainings!

Requirements

• 18 years
• Ability to pass a state and national background check
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and clean driving record
• Ability to complete state-required caregiver/med training as needed
