Location: Athens

SCHEDULE: M-F 2 hours daily after 5:00 pm

QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma /GED Preferred but not required.

Minimum qualifications for position include passing a physical, TB screening, background check and a pre-hire drug screening prior to employment. Must be able to lift 50 Ibs. Janitorial experience preferred but not required. Family Resource Agency is a drug-free workplace. EOE.

JOB DUTIES:

1. *Cleans and sanitizes all restrooms to include fixtures, floors, and walls daily.

2. *Vacuums all carpets and area rugs in classrooms and offices daily.

3. *Wet mop Early Head Start classrooms daily and Head Start and Pre-K classrooms weekly or sooner as needed.

4. *Empties trash receptacles, replaces liners and removes to dumpster daily.

5. *Cleans area at each common entrance to building daily.

6. Cleans classroom windows semi-annually or as needed.

7. Cleans entrance door glass weekly or as needed.

8. Buffs tile floors as needed.

9. *Replenishes tissue, paper towels and soap in dispensers daily as needed.

10. Be able to lift 50 lbs.

11. *Follows closing checklist prior to exiting the facility.

12. *Correctly completes & submits all paperwork on time.

13. Must have a knowledge of safety procedures and material Safety Data Sheets (SDS).

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 10 per week
