As a Group Home Manager (or Residential Manager) you will ensure that all of the needs of the people supported in the program are met while working in partnership with them. These needs include ensuring their rights are respected, supporting their health and safety and working with them to identify and realize their personal goals. You will lead a team of Direct Support Professionals or Community Support Specialists and in conjunction with clinical providers work alongside the people they support to develop plans to meet the individuals’ needs.

What You'll Bring:

· HS Diploma or equivalent for OPWDD

· Minimum one year of supervisory experience required, if internal candidate doesn’t have 1 year of supervisory experience, they can qualify if passed their probation period, & have required recommendations; (&complete mgmt. training within 120 days)

· Minimum one year of experience working with individuals with disabilities and/or mental health disorders

· Computer proficiency

· Good written/verbal communication skills

· Efficient, well organized, ability to work in a team environment with flexibility
