Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Specialist to join our team. As a Data Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and maintaining data to support our business operations. This is a position with opportunities for growth and development.
Duties:
- Collect and compile data from various sources
- Enter data into computerized databases and systems
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- Organize and file electronic documents
- Assist with administrative tasks related to data management
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Drive, Gmail
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Familiarity with HMIS databases and data management systems
- Basic math skills for data calculations and analysis
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
