ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Effectively keep customers informed and updated on the repair status of their unit.
• Accurately transfer customer service needs to the work order by professionally greeting, listening to and communicating with the customer in a way that builds their comfort and confidence.
• Maintain an effective dispatch schedule to facilitate maximum productivity in accordance with dealer policy and based on required technician skill level and certification.
• Ensure that all customers are greeted, assisted, and provided the opportunity to receive the maximum and most complete work performed on their equipment.
• Accurately estimate and document all charges on the repair orders. Close and finish all repair orders in a timely manner.
• Meet or exceed individual service labor sales goals as established by dealership.
• Meet or exceed individual service parts sales goals by achieving desired parts to labor ratio.
• Any other specific duties deemed necessary for the overall success of the department and the dealership.

NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Computer literate.
• Mechanically competent.
• Familiarity of product lines sold in dealership.
• Excellent customer service skills.

We are also hiring Service Advisors at our Alamo, Austin, Midland, Odessa, and San Angelo locations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
