Family Insight, P.C. is a well-established community-based organization, with offices throughout Virginia. Our organization consists of a committed group of professionals who are dedicated to promoting the behavioral, mental, emotional, and social well-being of those in the Commonwealth of Virginia.

We currently have full-time positions available for Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) / Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) positions available in our Norfolk clinic. The positions can be filled by on-site supervisors only.

Manageable Case Loads:

• Approximately 100 client hours
• Ability to supervise 20%

Responsibilities:

• Assessing clients with various developmental disabilities and needs
• Developing treatment plans
• Providing and/or supervising the implementation of ABA therapy to children and adolescents in the home and community settings
• Maintaining data and making treatment decisions based on progress
• Providing training to staff and families
• Coordinating and/or attending pertinent meetings with community providers
• Maintaining client records and documentation from intake to discharge
• The BCBA position may also be responsible for providing supervision to BCaBAs, as well as RBT candidates.

Requirements:

• Active BCBA/BCaBA Certification by the BACB
• Active LBA/LABA through the VA Board of Medicine
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Supervisory experience preferred
