The Executive of private duty should have experience in private duty care and senior living operations. Candidates must also possess strong contract negotiation skills. -Previous sales experience preferred, including building customer relationships, and resolving customer concerns.

-Excellent written and verbal skills for effective communication and the ability to facilitate group presentations.

-Ability to understand and administer financial reporting.
