Position Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Per Diem Program Assistant.
In this role, the successful candidate The Program Assistant will support the Community Empowerment Program and provide site support for evening classes at the Family Support Center. He/she will assist with client engagement, outreach calls, reception, administrative tasks, scheduling and screening for program eligibility.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide facility and site support in the evenings for ESL Instructors and participants.
• Other duties as assigned, including data entry.
• Maintain Community Empowerment waiting list.
• Support registration sessions for ESOL classes

Minimum Qualifications:
To qualify you must have a High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:
Good interpersonal skills. Commitment to helping others.

Qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.

NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York state Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $17.32 - $18.50 Hourly. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need.
