Activities Assistant Responsibilities:

• Planning and assisting with activities for the facilities residents.
• Answers telephone calls and transfers caller to the appropriate party.
• Receives, sorts, and forwards incoming mail.
• Assists the Business Office manager as needed.
• Assists with copying, faxing, and filing when necessary.
• Perform other duties as required.

Activities Assistant Qualifications:

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• 6 months to a year of relevant experience or training.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks or work collectively with a team.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

License/Certification:

• Ks CNA license (Required)
